1. The service

HumanizeAIWrite provides tools to analyze text for AI-like patterns and to rewrite text to read more naturally. Features, limits, and availability may change; we describe current plans on our Pricing page.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Use detection or humanization to facilitate academic dishonesty, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or harm.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or circumvent security or usage limits.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You are responsible for your use of outputs and for complying with policies of schools, employers, or platforms where you submit text.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). Fees, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are described at checkout and in communications from us or Stripe. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Intellectual property

The service, branding, and our materials are owned by us or our licensors. We do not claim ownership of text you submit; you retain your rights subject to the license needed to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI detection and humanization are probabilistic and may be wrong or incomplete. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use outputs at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, except where prohibited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
